Services
Joel Aerial Media provides drone photography, drone videography, aerial content, property showcases, business promotional footage, construction progress visuals, social media content, and related media services.
All drone services are subject to weather, location, airspace, property access, safety conditions, FAA rules, and pilot discretion.
FAA and Safety Compliance
Drone operations are conducted by a Part 107 certified remote pilot. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled if conditions are unsafe, restricted, or not legally permitted.
Joel Aerial Media does not provide legal surveying, engineering reports, roof inspections, structural inspections, mapping, measurement services, or professional inspection reports unless specifically agreed in writing with qualified support.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices listed on the website are starting prices and may change based on project size, location, travel, editing needs, flight time, difficulty, deadlines, and requested deliverables.
A final quote may be provided after reviewing the project details.
Scheduling
Project dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by Joel Aerial Media. Weather, airspace restrictions, safety concerns, or access issues may require rescheduling.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, legal access to the property, correct contact information, and any required permissions from property owners or managers.
Deliverables
Final photos and videos will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed. Delivery time may vary depending on project size, editing needs, and workload.
Revisions

Limitation of Liability
Joel Aerial Media is not responsible for delays caused by weather, airspace restrictions, unsafe conditions, property access issues, client delays, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our control.
