Joel Aerial Media wants clients to be satisfied with their aerial photo and video services. Because drone work involves planning, travel, flight time, editing, and digital deliverables, refunds are handled as follows.

Deposits

Deposits may be required to schedule a project. Deposits help reserve time, prepare for the shoot, review airspace, and plan the project.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once planning or scheduling work has begun, unless Joel Aerial Media cancels the project and cannot reschedule.

Weather and Safety Rescheduling

If weather, airspace, safety concerns, or FAA restrictions prevent a flight, the project may be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Client Cancellations

If a client cancels after the project has been scheduled, any refund depends on how much planning, travel, shooting, or editing work has already been completed.

Completed Work

Once photos, videos, or edited digital files have been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable.

Unsatisfactory Results

If there is a reasonable issue with the final deliverables, Joel Aerial Media may offer a revision or correction when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed for subjective preferences after work has been completed.

No-Access or Incorrect Information

If the client provides incorrect location details, does not have property permission, or fails to provide access to the project site, additional fees may apply and refunds may not be available.
